How do I sign up?
Tap Start your free trial, then create an account with your email and a password. You get a 7-day free trial and every lesson unlocked.
How do I log in?
Tap Log in and enter the email and password you signed up with. We keep you signed in for up to 60 days, so you rarely have to do it again.
How do I reset my password?
On the log-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and we’ll email you a secure reset link. Follow it to set a new password.
How do I cancel my membership, and what is your refund policy?
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at hello@alphanoodle.co or by turning off automatic renewal in your online account.
Annual Memberships are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid membership, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
After the first 30 days, you may still request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current annual membership term.

How do I turn off automatic renewal myself?
Open your Profile, scroll to Subscription, and tap “Cancel subscription.” Automatic renewal stops right away and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can resume from the same screen any time before it ends.
